| The entire system is governed by detail standard regulations. Adherence to safety standards is controlled by the provider and the accepter of the franchise, by law set by the supervisory authority and of course also by customers. |

| REISSWOLF regulations in the CR include the standard DIN/CEN 66399 and respective acts, (BDSG, the Act no. 412/2005 Coll., on protection of classified information, the Act no. 101/2000 Coll., on protection of personal data), and the Act no. 499/2004 Coll., on archival science and filing services, as subsequently amended. |
| There is a Security Manager appointed in REISSWOLF company who is responsible for the compliance with valid legal regulations on data protection and classified information. |

Therefore the company management declares the following quality policy with a view of further company development and increasing image of REISSWOLF® trademark: |

The quality is influenced by all employees By our work, we all aim to provide quality services and strengthen company’s image. The quality must be monitored and evaluated in any of our activities.
